- We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information or pricing
- Product availability is subject to change without notice
2.2 Custom Jewelry Orders
- Custom ring designs and specifications are subject to our approval and feasibility
- Custom orders may require additional time for creation and cannot be cancelled once production begins
- You will receive confirmation of your custom design specifications before production
- Custom jewelry may have different return policies than standard items
2.3 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges
- We accept payment through our secure payment processor
- Payment must be received before order fulfillment
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason
3Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
3.1 Shipping
- Shipping times vary based on location and product availability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
3.2 Return Policy
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY
- Returns are accepted ONLY for defective products
- Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide photographic evidence of the defect
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection
- We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective
Non-returnable items: Change of mind, wrong size selection, buyer's remorse, or personal preference are not valid reasons for return.
3.3 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are NOT accepted under any circumstances.
Please ensure you select the correct size, style, and specifications before placing your order. We do not offer size exchanges, style exchanges, or any other form of product exchange.
4Reviews and User-Generated Content
4.1 Submitting Reviews
When you submit a review or feedback:
- You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your review

4.2 Review Publication via Google Merchant Center API
By submitting a review, you expressly consent and authorize us to:

- Submit your review to Google via the Google Merchant Center API, including your name, review content, rating, and review date
- Display your review publicly on Google Shopping, Google Search results, and other Google services
- Use your review in marketing materials, social media, and promotional content
- Aggregate and analyze review data for business insights
Important: Once submitted to Google, your review becomes subject to Google's policies and terms. Reviews may remain on Google's platform even if removed from our website. We cannot control how Google displays or moderates your review after submission.
