30-Day Return Policy for Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted jewelry. If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
What Qualifies as Defective?
Returns are accepted ONLY for the following defects:

- Items that arrive not as described on the product page
- Missing components or parts
- Quality issues with materials or craftsmanship
What Does NOT Qualify?
The following are NOT eligible for returns:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size selection (please measure carefully before ordering)
- Color or style preference (all photos are accurate representations)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or negligence
- Items outside the 30-day return window
How to Return a Defective Item
Please follow these steps to return a defective product:

- Provide Photo Evidence:
Include clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles. This helps us process your claim quickly.
- Receive Return Authorization:
We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours. If approved, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Package Securely:
Pack the item carefully in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent further damage during return shipping.
- Ship the Item:
Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Include your RA number on the package.
- Receive Refund or Replacement:
Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs for confirmed defective products. You'll receive a prepaid return label or reimbursement for shipping costs.
Non-Defective Returns: If we determine the item is not defective upon inspection, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We'll send you an email notification of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- You have the option to receive a replacement item instead of a refund
- Original shipping charges will be refunded for defective items
